WAYNE DALTON QUANTUM 4 COG RAIL GEAR
You are bidding on a used Quantum rail gear. Picture may not be the one bidding on. This operator has 2 gears, one on the rail and one on the motor head unit. Make sure you need the one on the rail. This gear mates with the 4 cog head gear. When replacing this gear, make sure the limits on the motor match the position of the rail trolley. (up or down) so you can fine tune the limits for proper operation. Set up limit to stop before the trolley reaches the stop bolt in the rail, otherwise you might break the cogs off the new gear, or strip the gears on the head gear. Usually the cogs break off the rail gear after repeatedly hitting the stop bolt on the rail near the head unit.
