Vintage Inarco Blue Mood Indigo - 49 Piece Set w/ Specialty Pieces

Items are in very good condition. The items are not available for sale as individual pieces.
Three pieces have a very small chip (see pics) and one oil lamp is missing its glass chimney. The last four pics show this. If you look closely, there is a small speck of white near the center in each of the last three pics. This is the little chip. Although it's hard to see, we tried to get as clear an image as possible.
Other than the four pieces mentioned above, this set is complete and in great condition.
The following is a breakdown of how much we are charging for each piece:
--The eight drinking mugs are each.
--The two small cups (on the right near the middle) with no handles are each.
--The set of six salt/pepper shakers are each.
--All other (33) pieces are each.
We include the lid to a cookie jar for free (the cookie jar was destroyed and is not included with the set). The cookie jar lid is in the center of the main picture and is a free additional piece not counted as part of the total set, which includes 49 pieces total.
Item is sent via insured mail and will require a signature upon receipt.
