    Description

    For sale is an AN AKAI GXR-82D 8 track tape deck recorder. It is in excellent condition albeit with some scuffs and marks as shown. It has been tested and the heads were cleaned and demagnetized for the best sound ever. The mic inputs were tested and they work as well as the other inputs. The pots and switches were sprayed and the metal parts were lubed as well. Both channels work good as well. The heads are also in very good shape which is obviously why the quality is awesome as well. This is the HOLY GRAIL of 8 track decks!
    A good amount of time was spent not only testing this deck and making the necessary adjustments to ensure that it works right out of the box when the buyer gets it, but to also ensure it's a "one and done" deal for both of us.
    Local pickup is strongly recommended for those who are not very far from Central NC to save on shipping costs!
    NOTE TO WATCHERS: the buy it now price is 599.99. i apologize in advance, but please don't expect a large price reduction.
    This deck is Cross posted in other places so therefore I reserve the right to end this listing early if it sells elsewhere ! The shipping is which ALSO includes secure packing and the weight of the deck accounts for the shipping cost. This item will be packed extremely well so it arrives in one piece. Shipping protection will also be added to cover both myself and the buyer in the event something should happen during shipment rendering the deck inoperable.  DO NOT discard the packing material and box!
    A Pre shipment video of each deck operating properly will be filmed for both my protection and the buyer's and it may be sent to the buyer at anytime. This illustrates proof that the deck was working when it left here.
    If a problem arises whether the item arrives damaged or somethings wrong, please SEND A MESSAGE VIA EBAY MEMBER TO MEMBER  so I can attempt to rectify the issue. A 25% restocking fee will apply on returns for the following reasons: buyer changes their mind, they can't afford it, wife doesnt like it, it doesnt fit their lifestyle, etc...
