    ZIMBABWE 2008 100 BILLION DOLLARS PCGS 67 PPQ SUPERB GEM UNC SPECIAL ARGO-CHEQUE. I just got this back from PCGS. When I checked the registry the highest grade given for this note is 67 PPQ. There is only one. This one!! Other grading companies have issued a similar grade but in my opinion their standards are not at the professional level of PCGS.
