These beautiful handled 8 inch wide baskets are hand coiled in traditionally Native designs.
Baskets are made by hand so they vary slightly in size and design.
Each is handcrafted so size and designs vary a bit.
These are southwest Native American style hand woven baskets.
They are shaped like bowls with double handles, left and right for carrying.
Each bowl is about 2 inches deep and 8 inches wide.
The technique of basket making using the coil method is generations old.
Handed down from each passing generation the art is preserved.
The Hopi pueblo Indians were famous for baskts woven in this fashion that were so tight they could hold water.
These will not hold water, but they can hold many other things including plates, food, fruit, silverware, napkins, jewelry, makeup, hair accessories, etc.
Great for a cabin, lodge, or for your special rustic or Native American decorated room.
Perfect for weddings, anniversaries, serving as bowls for snacks and items at parties.
Great for wall decor: easy to mount, hang, and provide a natural and neutral decor element.
Excellent condition as far as I can tell. There may be some loosening of the coils or some wear and tear from objects used in prior times.  The baskets have color variations. Condition and color may vary from bowl to bowl. I have 2 sets of 4 (8 total bowls)
