The refinished base and roof were done in the past by prior owners. It is not known if they were professionals. There are a few scratches in the lithographed walls and a severe abrasion mark next to one of the doors. There are no scratches on the refinished base and roof. The condition of this Ives 114 Station could be only “Good” (R3) due to the severe abrasion mark on the lithographed sides. Since the lithographed sides were not part of the restoration the condition could be “Very Good” (R4) since there are no marks on the base and roof. Please review photographs to determine condition.
